They were at a mall, which probably amused Alice more than it should to be honest. They were going shopping, for clothes and what have you. She didn't mind so much, but she knew that John probably wanted to get away as fast as possible. Watching his face was the best part really. That scowl kept deepening the closer they got to said mall. Now that they were inside, it was a wonder she didn't need to put a leash down on him.

"Now, it looks like all of the department stores are around the corner. Shall we start there? Or is there some place specific you wanted to look?" She looked over at both of them, but mostly in Mark's direction.

Mark was asleep on the couch, and John was asleep on the other bed. Alice had laid there in bed, since it was her turn to keep watch so to speak. She could have slept if she wanted, but she wasn't all that tired. The hours had passed by, and Alice had been reading for a bit until she found herself distracted by John. For a while she watched both of them sleep, but in the end it was John that had she had focused on.

Slowly she got up and sat on the end of the bed, closer to him and watched. She was as quiet as a mouse, and barely made a movement. She just kept watch.

On the Run [Mar. 7th, 2012|08:58 pm]
It had been days since they were on the run, and the police hadn't caught up to them yet. Taking up new passports and new names, they had fled the country with a lot of cash. Alice just happened to have it on hand, in case of emergencies such as this. There hadn't been a lot of rest between the three of them, and not much talk to be honest. They could stay here in Morocco for a few days. Oh she loved places with the letter M.

Arriving at the motel, Alice had paid for one room. If they were looking for the three of them, they'd think that they had split up, or if they were together that three rooms would be needed. Taking keys, she gave them out to each of the men and lead the way to their room. Inside was a bit dusty and unfresh, but it was better than nothing.

There were two beds and a couch. Quaint.

"Are either of you hungry?"
